4oz 45th Parallel
4oz Frozen Lemonade Concentrate
1 Tray of Ice Cubes
1 Egg
In a blender, put ice, lemonade, vodka and egg white. Blend until you have a slush and enjoy.

The 45th Martini

2 parts 45th Parallel Vodka
1 part Martini & Rossi Bianco
Candied Lemon Peel

45th Jalapeno Martini

2 1/2 oz 45th Parellel Vodka
Dry Vermouth
1 Jalapeno
Add 1 oz Dry Vermouth to cocktail shaker. Turn to coat shaker and discard remaining vermouth. Add ice, vodka, and 3 slices of seeded Jalapeno pepper. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds to extract pepper flavor. Strain into martini glass. Garnish with seeded piece of Jalapeno.

2 1/2 oz 45th Parallel vodka
1 oz Sake
Combine Sake, Vodka in cocktail shaker with ice. Shake for 30 seconds. Strain into martini glass. Garnish with lemon twist.

2 1/2 oz 45th Parallel Vodka
1 oz Tequila
1/2 oz Tomato Juice
Combine all ingredients in cocktail shaker with ice. Shake for 30 seconds. Strain into martini glass. Garnish with lemon twist.

Fresh 45th Cucumber Martini

4 oz. 45Th Parallel Vodka
10 thin slices cucumber
1/16 oz. Vermouth
In a shaker with ice add 10 slices of cucumber,
45th Parallel and vermouth. Shake , not too hard.
Pour and garnish with cucumber.

Sunset 45

3 parts 45th Parallel Vodka
Dash extry dry Vermouth
Lemon twist
Shaken vigorously
Pour into martini glass or on the rocks

2 shots of 45th Parallel Vodka.
Add 1/3 juice of a lime.
Squeeze 1 wedge of orange and 1 of lemon.
Splash of Triple Sec.
1.5 shots of cranberry juice.
Shake together with ice and garnish with a lime twist.

Orange Redemption

2 oz. 45th Parallel Vodka
Dash of Cointreau
Squeeze of orange
Maraschino cherry
Orange peel garnish

45th Fashion

Use a low-ball glass with ice cubes
1.5 oz of 45th Parallel Vodka
1 dash of Angostura bitters
Squeeze a healthy wedge of orange and place in glass
1 tsp. of maraschino cherry juice
Top-off with 1.5 oz of 7-UP or Sprite
Garnish with a cherry and stir

2 shots 45th Parallel Vodka
Equal portions of tonic water and cranberry juice to fill tall glass
1 wedge of lime
Ice

Fortunella 45 Martini

Use a shaker and fill 1/2 full with ice and add:
2 oz. of 45th Parallel Vodka
1 kumquat--squeeze juice into shaker
Lightly shake
Splash of Dolin Vermouth in a martini glass; swirl, pour out excess
Pour strained shaker contents into martini glass
Garnish with 1/2 kumquat, split down the middle and place on glass or in the mix.
